  • Day 3-4: Trips to Craters: Universe and tiny life forms.

    • The crew will be exploring Dhinodhar and Luna Craters. Impact craters are formed when large objects from space fall on the surface of our planet. Craters tell us the original composition of meteorites and give insights into the origins of our solar system.

    • The craters are rich in salts; salts make it tough for life to sustain and therefore we get to see halophiles, organisms with special mechanisms to thrive in places with high amounts of salt.

  • Day 5-6: Drive to Dholavira, lost and found civilization!

    • Dholavira rann is away from the city lights, an ideal place to look at the sky and experience the cosmos. We are partnering with Stargazing India to train explorers to gaze at the night sky with awe and wonder.
